Turns raw interview transcripts into a structured insight report. Extracts recurring themes, surfaces contradictions across respondents, and flags quotes worth sharing in product reviews. Takes 5 minutes per interview on average.

Steps · 6
1
Gather transcripts
Pull all interview transcripts tagged for the current research cycle from your Link sources.
2
Identify participants
List respondents with role, company size, and interview date. Mark sessions that are incomplete.
3
Extract themes
Cluster responses into 5–8 themes. Name each theme in plain language. Keep the supporting quotes attached.
4
Surface contradictions
Flag places where respondents disagree with each other. Show which segments took each side — these are usually the most interesting findings.
5
Pull signature quotes
Pick 3–5 quotes that capture the strongest feelings. Prefer emotional honesty over articulate phrasing.
6
Draft report
Write a one-page synthesis: top themes, contradictions, and recommended next actions. Save to Memos, ping owner.
